    “About The Founder”

    Mani Nair brings over 26+ years of global HR leadership experience across the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Pharmaceutical sectors. He offers comprehensive expertise across the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration, working closely with senior leadership to design and implement practical, business-aligned people solutions. Known for his structured, outcome-driven approach, Mani has successfully led both strategic and operational HR initiatives with a strong focus on timely execution, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance. His core experience includes organizational diagnostics, HR due diligence, post-acquisition integration, workforce restructuring, and the design and implementation of scalable HR frameworks.

    Mani has extensive regional exposure, having supported organizations across the Middle East, Singapore, Netherlands, and the Indian subcontinent in navigating complex workforce, regulatory, and governance environments. He previously served as Head of HR for a reputed global Oil & Gas organization in the UAE. Academically, Mani holds two Master’s degrees—an MBA in Human Resources and a Master’s degree in Commerce.

    He is also a Certified NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, bringing behavioral insights to leadership effectiveness, coaching, and people-centric organizational development.
