Mani has extensive regional exposure, having supported organizations across the Middle East, Singapore, Netherlands, and the Indian subcontinent in navigating complex workforce, regulatory, and governance environments. He previously served as Head of HR for a reputed global Oil & Gas organization in the UAE. Academically, Mani holds two Master’s degrees—an MBA in Human Resources and a Master’s degree in Commerce.
